How SCORM Cloud pricing works.
Every SCORM Cloud plan is sized by registrations created in a 30-day period. A registration is one learner associated with one course — so one learner taking four courses is four registrations, and a Dispatch registration is created the first time a learner launches your course from their LMS. Go past your plan’s allotment and each extra registration is billed as overage on top of the monthly fee. These are Rustici’s published plans:

Each SCORMBridge tier is sized to the SCORM Cloud plan it replaces, then priced as a flat monthly fee. Tiers count active learners, not registrations — a learner who opens three of your courses in a month is one active learner — and there are no overage fees, so a busy month costs the same as a quiet one.
300 learners each take two of your courses in a month.
- SCORM Cloud: 600 registrations. On the Big plan that is $360 plus 300 overage registrations at $0.40 — about $480 for the month.
- SCORMBridge: 300 active learners, inside the Starter cap — £49, whatever they take.
